Second Sight Spiced Cream

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Spiced Rum
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Cream Soda
  • Orange Slice

Fill glass with ice.
Add rum, dash of bitters, and top with cream soda.
Stir 7 times for good luck, garnish with orange slice, and enjoy

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • Ginger Ale

Fill glass with ice.
Add rum, juice, and top with ginger ale.
Stir 7 times for good luck and enjoy

Second Sight / McGlasson’s Apple Rumtini

  • 1.5 oz Unbarreled Rum
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz McGlasson’s Apple Cider

Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into martini glass rimmed with brown sugar. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Pomegranate Premonition

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • Ginger Ale

Fill glass with ice.
Add rum, juice, and top with ginger ale.
Stir 7 times for good luck and enjoy

Mystic Mule

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer

Fill glass with ice.
Add rum, juice, syrup, and top with ginger beer.
Stir 7 times for good luck and enjoy

Swami’s Mojito

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Lemon-Lime Soda/Club Soda (optional)

In a shaker add ice, rum, lime juice and syrup.
Express 2 mint leaves and add to shaker.
Shake hard and strain into glass over ice.
Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda (Optional)
Garnish with mint leaves

Orange Spice Mojito

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Orange Spice Syrup (see below)
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Club Soda (optional)

In a shaker add ice, rum, syrup, and lime juice.
Express 2 mint leaves and add to shaker.
Shake hard and strain into glass over ice.
Top with club soda (optional).
Garnish with mint leaves and orange wedge.

Orange Spice Syrup

4 cups Water
4 cups sugar
10 bags Orange Spice Black Tea
4 whole Oranges for Zesting – the kind with thick pebbly skin
Fresh Lemon Extract

In a large pot combine sugar and water. Turn stovetop to med/high and bring almost to a boil- immediately reduce heat so the syrup lightly simmers. Add Tea. The more tea you use and the longer you leave it infusing, the more intense the spice will be. Use a peeler for the oranges, zest over pot. Start with 2/3 splashes of the lemon extract, stir, taste, add more to your liking.

All of the above should happen within about 25 minutes. Once the sugar is dissolved, it’s time to remove from heat. It’s a balancing act between the spice infusing long enough without the syrup becoming too thick in consistency. Keep tasting and remove tea bags when spice level is to your liking. Let cool, fine strain, refrigerate, enjoy!

Clairvoyant Daiquiri

  • 2 oz. Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

In a shaker add ice, rum, lime juice and syrup.
Shake hard and strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge
